Philosophy

Staff

The Co-op is well kjnown for our amazing staff. We have creatie, talented nurturing staff who are committed to wroking with children and their families.

Educationally speaking, all incoming leads must have a minimum of one year lead experience in a NAEYC accredited center and must be working towards their Early Childhood Degree or Child Development Associates Credential.

As a NAEYC center we recognize the need for quality staff. We are committed to offering a living wage, medical/dental/vision benefits and a generous sick/vacation time package.

Our Staff consists of: Two lead teachers in each classroom and at least one assistant teacher per classroom. An Office Manager and our Director make up our administrative team.
